Obtain Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

When you start using event IT, you have the opportunity to obtain a data processing agreement.

Through the data processing agreement, you get an overview of how we process and store data on behalf of the data controller.

How to download and approve the DPA

1. When you log in to event IT, you will encounter a pop-up box regarding our data processing agreement on the homepage
2. Click the Download button and read through the document
3. When you are ready to approve, click the Accept document button – this will approve the data processing agreement.

If you need to download the data processing agreement again, you can always find it under: 

1. Select Organizer in the left menu
2. Click on the tab Approved business documents

Here you can also see who has approved the data processing agreement, and when this happened.

NB: If you/your company has entered into a specifically customized data processing agreement with event IT, the online data processing agreement does not need to be approved.
