Resend Membership Card

Resend Membership Card

  1. Go to Member System -> Members

  2. Search for the member and click on them

  3. Click on the tab memberships

  4. On the right under the section ”Membership Card” click on ”Send”

  5. Then select a recipient, optionally add a message – and click ”OK”

 

Resend Membership Card after Updating Member Data

Sometimes you need to change a member’s data; name, address, etc. If you change data that appears on the membership card – for example, the name – the system will remind you to send a new membership card with the updated data.

A yellow bar will pop up under the member with the text ”The issued membership card for XXX is outdated and should be resent. Resend now.”

 

Resend Membership Cards to All Members

In rare cases, you may need to send updated membership cards to all members.

You do this as follows:

  1. Go to the menu ”Teams”
  2. Check which team(s) you want to send membership cards to
    • If you check the box next to ”team name” you select all teams.
  3. Click ”Select action” and ”Resend membership card”

TIP: Check ”Send only to those with outdated cards” if you are sending updates of cards – this ensures that only those with outdated membership cards receive a new one.
