How to Send Emails

How to send emails to one or more teams:

  1. Go to Member System - Teams
  2. Check the box next to the team(s) you want to send an email to
  3. Under “Select action” at the top left, click on “Send email”
  4. Select which members should receive the email via “Select statuses” – you can choose more than one type.
  5. Choose whether the email should be sent to everyone – or only to newsletter recipients
  6. Write the email
  7. Optionally, send a test email
  8. Send the email

TIP: If you need to resend an email but to new recipients, you can retrieve previous messages by clicking on “Retrieve previous message”.
