Event payout can be paused so that the event is not settled.
As a rule, this function is used in connection with cancellations and/or for events where many orders are expected to be refunded after the event has taken place.
NB: Once the money has been transferred and the event settled, refunds can no longer be made.
How to pause settlement
- Go to the event where the payout should be paused.
- Click on Payout in the event overview
- Click the pencil next to the settlement date
- Change the status to Pause settlement
- Click Save

Once an event is settled and the money has been transferred to the organizer, it is no longer possible to refund any orders.
