Delete Administrator

When an administrator is no longer part of your organization, it is important that you remove their access to the system.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Select Organizer in the left menu
  2. Click on the Administrators tab
  3. Click on the trash can icon on the administrator you want to delete
  4. Confirm the deletion and the person will be deleted

Note that you cannot delete your own access, nor can you delete administrators who are listed as the owner of the account.

If your own access needs to be deleted, you can have another administrator perform the deletion. If you are the only one with access, please contact our support, and we will assist you further.

If you need to delete the administrator who owns the account, you should also contact support.
