Create and Send Invitation

We make it easy to send invitations to one or more recipients for your event. You create one invitation with appropriate text and then it is possible to send this out to multiple recipients.

If you need to send invitations with different wording, for example, you can create two invitations, one for “Participants” and one for “VIP”.

 

Create Invitation

  1. Go to the event where the invitation should be created.
  2. Click on Communication in the event overview
  3. Select the “Invitations” tab and click “Create”
  4. Enter the name of the invitation, e.g., “Participants” or “VIP” and click next
  5. Select the fields in the registration that you want to pre-fill and click next
  6. Specify whether a decline option is possible and optionally a text about this, click next
  7. Enter invitation text etc. and click next
  8. You are now ready to invite participants or finish and wait until later.

 

Invite an Individual

  1. Click on invitation and select “Single Invitation”
  2. Fill in recipient email and name plus the fields where you want to pre-fill information in the user's registration.
  3. Click create and send. Afterwards, recipients will receive an invitation. You can track the status and possibly resend the invitation if the user does not respond or if they have deleted the email.

 

Invite Multiple / Upload File

  1. Click on invitation and select “Invite Multiple”
  2. Choose whether you want to paste a list of emails or upload a file
  3. Follow the respective guide and you will then be able to see the recipients in the list with each of their invitation statuses
