Changing Member Information

If a member has registered with the wrong name, email, phone number, or something else, you can fortunately easily correct it.

Changing Member Information

  1. Go to Member System - Members
  2. Search for the member and click on them
  3. On the “Member Data” tab, you can now change the desired information

If you change data that appears on the membership card – e.g. name, the system will remind you to send out a new membership card with the updated data.

A yellow bar will then pop up under the member with the text; “The issued membership card for xxx is outdated and should be resent. Resend now.”
