How to unsubscribe a member

If a member wants to unsubscribe, do the following:

1. Go to Member system - Members
2. Search for the member and click on them
3. Click on the tab memberships
4. Select the team the member should be unsubscribed from
5. At the bottom of the page, click the button ”Cancel membership” - and then choose whether the member should be unsubscribed immediately or on a specific date.

The system automatically calculates any extra payment or credit.

Note that the member is not deleted from the system – only unsubscribed.
